Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AtEmail (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AtEmail lets you connect Gmail accounts, view them in one inbox, compose and reply from them, create rules that match incoming messages, generate AI summaries of matched messages, and deliver those messages to webhook URLs you configure. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account, including by users you invite to your workspace.
• Tell us promptly at hello@onetouchgrade.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you connect a Gmail account, you authorise AtEmail to access it with the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen and described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that:

• you own each account you connect, or are authorised by its owner or administrator to connect it;
• connecting it does not breach any agreement or policy that applies to that account; and
• you have any notice or consent required to process the email of the people who correspond with that account.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the account in AtEmail. Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google’s own terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• access or connect mailboxes you are not authorised to access;
• send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email;
• send, store or forward content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• deliver data to destinations you are not permitted to send it to;
• attempt to probe, scan or reach internal networks through webhook destinations;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

You keep all rights to the email and other content in your connected accounts and to the rules and settings you create (“Your Data”). You grant OneTouchGrade a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of Your Data, sell it, or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Webhooks send copies of matched messages to URLs you choose. You are responsible for those destinations, including their security, for having the right to send the data there, and for how the receiving system uses it. OneTouchGrade is not responsible for data once it has been delivered to a destination you configured.

Summaries are generated automatically by a language model and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on a summary for decisions without checking the original message. You are responsible for how you and your systems act on summaries.

The Service depends on third-party services, including Google and OpenAI. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for outages or changes in those services.

AtEmail is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a risk to the Service or others, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first. After closure, we delete Your Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every message will be synced or matched, or that every webhook will be delivered.

To the extent permitted by law, OneTouchGrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

You will indemnify OneTouchGrade against claims arising from Your Data, your destinations, or your breach of these Terms or of the rights of others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and OneTouchGrade about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
